How to enter the draw?

To enter the draw you have to pay the registration fees. You cannot enter the event without paying registration fees. After paying for registration you are eligible to enter the draw and you have to pay the EMD. Earnest Money Deposit is paid to prove that you are a genuine buyer of that property and you will buy this home. It is advised to check your credit score and loan eligibility before paying the EMD. On successful payment of EMD, the app will make a unique participation number that is used for declaring the winners

 

What happens on result day?

49 winners and 1 bumper winner will be declared on the result day where 49 lucky winners will get a 2 lakh discount on the offer price and the bumper winner will get an additional 5 lakh discount on the price. This is the point where you will have to pay for your home and make it yours. If you fail to pay you will be disqualified from the event.

 

Hope from the waiting list!

Don’t get disappointed if you missed the first chance of winning your dream home because the waiting list will become your hope. The waiting list is the list of people who weren’t lucky during the draw but are still eligible to win. If a participant fails to pay he will be disqualified and another participant from the waiting list will be selected.
